Not likely: Depo is a very reliable method of birth control unless you were late for a shot. If it has been over 2 weeks since you had unprotected sex an over the counter urine pregnancy test will be accurate. please check today. If you have vaginal discharge or abdominal pain, please go have an exam to screen for an STD like Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
