Decongestants : Take Sudafed for congestion. Bump is likely a lymph node. Ibuprofen and fluids. You should get over the virus soon!

URI: It is likely an upper respiratory infection with a constellation of symptoms such as congestion cough, watery eyes, cough, fever, and the lumps sound like lymph nodes. Treatment is symptomatic with acetaminophen, ibuprofen, decongestants, and antihistamines.
