Get evaluated: Appendicitis unlikely but maybe ovarian torsion or muscle pull. You need to be evaluated thoroughly by a good clinician who takes a good history and physical exam. If testing is necessary, the history and physical will guide him/her in making up his/her mind in what to do but you need to do more than a'net consult in 400 spaces.
