I read that a vt is when you have 3 pvc or more in a row. so it would be pvc-pvc-pvc then normal beat or a pvc for every 2 normal beats 3 time cycle?

VT: You read a definition of ventricular tachycardia. The definition is arbitrary. The more consecutive VPCs the more likely a serious problem. Some people call 3VPCs a group beat phenomenon and six consecutive VT. The 3 beat definition seems to be popular at least in the US.
