See doctor: Cardipres lowers blood pressure . It can be given for high blood pressure, angina and other reasons. Depending on why someone is on cardipres and whether they are symptomatic with BP of 90/60 things are advised. Best to discuss with family doctor.

BP low: Cardipres (Carvedilol) can cause the blood pressure to become low. Sometimes it is given to patients who have a reduced pumping function of the heart (low ejection fraction), so the low bp potentially could also be related to this. This concern should be discussed with his physician to determine if this blood pressure range is appropriate for his degree of cardiac function.
