Plan: You mean right ear tragus, right? In this case you can use iodine or rubbing alcohol to apply 2 times a day for few days. But nobody can know what the cause of this not seeing it. Good luck.

Infection: could be a boil or an early access. apply warm/moist heat to it for 10 minutes at a time throughout the day, take Motrin as directed. If it doesn't get better see your doctor
