That's fairly large: and in most cases they would consider removing it if symptomatic. However, they could follow it for a couple of years to see if it is changing and whether you are having symptoms before deciding whether to remove. If they would have to remove the entire ovary and you want children, they would be less likely to want to operate. At any rate, it would be your decision to make. Good luck!
