???: Ifthe pains migrate, then this sounds like gastroenteritis or food poisoning. If the pain is always in the same spot, it could be infection of an organ in that area.

Get seen today!: Abdominal pain with fever that continues for more than 24 hours should be checked out. Especially with no typical symptoms of a stomach virus (vomiting and/or diarrhea). This could be appendicitis or diverticulitis, both of which need to managed properly to prevent serious complications. See a doc today! Go to your PCP or an ER. An UC cannot check bloodwork or do ultrasounds in many cases.
