Too little to know: It's unlikely you have dementia at your age without knowing your history. Neuropsychiatric testing may enlighten you and your treating doctor re. A number if potential diagnoses. Medical treatment based on this information alone would be premature.

Yes & No: There is nothing over the counter or "natural" proven to help memory. You may train your memory making an effort to memorize things and make associations between things. All games like sudoku, crosswords, scramble, or learning new languages and traveling ( exposure to new difficult or complex goals may help. Get tested by neurologist to rule out early dementia. Review your medicines.

Yes but test first-: Organic causes for memory loss can sometimes be treated if the cause is known (hypothyroidism, B12 deficiency, neurosyphilis, obstructive sleep apnea, depression, polypharmacy, others). These diagnoses can be treated with either a medication and/or non-pharmaceutical intervention.
