I get yellow liquid dripping out of one nostril every once in a while and its happened for years. I have to either blow my nose until I get the chunky yellow out of let it drip down my throat. Going to an ENT soon but wanted to see if any ideas?

Can you have chronic post-nasal drip without a blocked nose (I.e. Breathing through nose fine). Throat clearing and phlegmy too. Might be reflux...?
