Probably not: An ECG is a representation of the electrical activity through the heart. If someone has had a normal ECG several weeks ago, and now has symptoms, most causes may not have been on the earlier ECG. It may be helpful to get an ECG now when you are having symptoms and compare it to the older ECG.
