See OB/GYN: Sometime if the fetus genetic has defect your body will terminate the pregnancy itself and cause spontaneous abortion. This is normal. You should see a OB/GYN specialist if the abdominal pain persist and make sure your body already clean out all the tissue from spontaneous abortion.
