Try cyproheptadine: Which phase of the sexual cycle have you noticed to be the most difficult to achieve? It's unlikely the CBC results are related to sexual side effects. If, for example, you had an abnormal lipid panel or if you were at increased risk for atherosclerosis (diabetes, HTN, family history, age, etc), then you would be at increased risk for erectile dysfunction.

No: You lab results do not have any bearing on your sexual dysfunctions. Delayed ejaculation is a common side effect of SSRI. Discuss using a different drug with your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
