Wheezing all day and enormous mount of mucus non stop but not hen i sleep?

Wheezing /mucus: Wheezing is not the norm , therefore would seek medical attention. May need inhalers, steroids, nasal sprays ( if the mucus is from the nose) and possibly antibiotics. Mucus from the nose , if present ,may be causing post nasal drip which is exacerbating the wheezing.
