A member asked:

Is it common for your head to hurt every time you step outside? what could be causing this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Uncommon: Headache brought on by simply going outside isn't normal. There may be an anxiety connection resulting in a muscle contraction tension headache. Exposure to very cold air may cause some sinus type discomfort in some people prone to paranasal congestion. If headaches are frequent, evaluation by a neurologist is recommended.
