Diagnostic certainty: I would like to know how her thyroid functional status, if available. I would also like to know how we have ruled out the presence of co ocurring diagnosis and how precisely this diagnosis was established. How old is she?

Any child who has : Infrequent, large stools should be evaluated & treated aggressively for chronic constipation, as it can lead to diverticulosis, diverticulitis & other medical problems in later adulthood. Possible causes are side effects of risperdal, Intuniv & other psychotropic meds given to kids with ASD for irritability, anxiety & adhd, self-restricted diet, poor hydration or low muscle tone.
