Of course you: understand that we cannot see your arm over the internet right? As such, there are a number of different things that can cause a painful bump on your arm but without taking a thorough history and examining you we cannot tell you if it is broken. If the pain is persistent you should see a health care provider for an evaluation. Make an appointment or go to a STAT care or ER.
