Likely bursitis.: A large bump on the back of the elbow is usually an olecranon bursitis. Try ice, anti-inflammatories and avoidance of pressure on the bump. If it doesn't show improvement in a few days, see a board certified orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation and treatment.
