RUQ pain.: A pain in this area could be related to the lower right chest cavity, upper right abdominal cavity or overlying muscles/bone/skin. Any rash in the area (shingles)? Any nausea or bloating (gallbladder)? Any cough or shortness of breath (pneumonia)? There are too many possibilities, as you can see, to just hazard a guess. You should be evaluated by a doctor.
