Nervousness...: The 1st time having intercourse is often painful, but should not be very painful. There are several reasons why sex can be painful. One of the most common is anxiety & your vagina not lubricated & the vaginal muscles not relaxed. Talk to your new husband, take it slow, gentle & allow yourself to relax & body time to be ready for sex. May consult a HT psychologist. If not the answer need more info.
