i have had a bad cough for a few weeks now and i cough for a few times my body feels strange like i'm going to faint?

Coughing increases: the pressure in the thorax which reduces the normal blood return to the right side of the heart. This can result in a sudden drop in blood pressure and dizziness or fainting. The treatment is for the cough not the dizziness. A persistent cough for a few weeks needs to be evaluated and treated. You probably have developed reactive airways. See a health care professional soon for evaluation.
