Hello! i recently induced vomiting, and i've noticed i have blood shot eyes as a yellow tinge to both eye balls - should i be worried?

No: Most likely you burst a blood vessel from vomiting. It's very common people can get Subconjuctival hemorrhage from any kind of straining that cause pressure I.e. Vomiting, sneezing, heaven lifting, staying , coughing etc It will go away in 1-2 weeks and do not worry.
