Sinusitis : sinusitis or inflammation if the sinuses mucosa can be from infectious or alllergic causes. So both viruses and bacteria may cause it in. Addition to allergens. treat with salt water washes to promote drainage, decongestants, basal steroids and if necessary antibiotics.
