Lots of things: Anything from a Riedel's lobe to an impaction in the colon to a benign or dangerous tumor to a swollen gall-bladder to a well-developed ab muscle in your six-pack -- the latter's fairly common. Best wishes, and I hope the imaging finds something innocuous.
