Flu symptoms: If your fever persists above 101 degrees , you should go to an urgent care center, and get tested for a Streptococcal throat infection. Take over the counter decongestants and drink lots of liquids. If your fever persists , see your healthcare provider.

Depends...: Whether you should go to the hospital depends on how severe your symptoms are and how sick you feel. For example, how high is the fever? If you are having any shortness of breath you should go to the ER. If the diarrhea is so severe that you feel dehydrated, go to the ER.
