Pain in stomach: The fact that you have been evaluated with other tests for your complaints without findings indicates a search for other causes of your symptoms. If you haven't had trauma to your tailbone, and you are having GI symptoms and pain, it is very reasonable to do an endoscopy to look for abnormalities in the lower intestine which may be the cause including polyps, diverticula, and rectal inflammation.
