Maybe hemorrhoid: This may be simple hemorrhoid. You have your physician check or see a gastroentrologist or rectal surgeon.

Hemorroids: It is highly unlikely that this is cancer so y can relax. It could possibly be due to a thrombosed internal hemorroid This is a vein that has a blood clot in it. It will go away on its own but you can help by softening your stool and you can do this by increasing your fluid intake and introducing Metamucil twice day or using any other bowel softener. Good luck
