Blood clots?: This could be blood clots, and you could be having intestinal bleeding. This is a clinical emergency and you need to tell your physician . It also could be coughing up blood. Thus the setting has to be clarified

Vomiting bloody ball: May be gastritis/esophagitis with or without H pylori or ulcer or Mallory -Weiss tear or just from food coloring or beets but no matter what it is go to an ER now to be evaluated. You can become severely anemic and weak and faint if bleeding .
