It sounds like: your heart rate is a little faster than ideal for a resting afib patient. It probably is not necessary to go to the ER if you are not having other symptoms like chest pain, sweaty, shortness of breath or dizziness but it would be advisable to call your doctor in the morning for his/her recommendations.
