i'm very gassy and when i can't release it i experience severe abdominal noises and bloating. why is this?

Cramps: Nothing is simple but the most common reason i see in a 18 year old is irritable bowel syndrome which promotes alteration in stools as well as cramps and gas. Food allergies are more uncommon and other reasons even more so.
