Ova and parasites: You should have a test done on your stool -we call it an 'ova and parasites' test or 'O & P' -to look specifically for the cause of your diarrhea. It could have easily come from something u ate or were accidentally exposed to over there. If you have fevers or blood in the stool, it needs more urgent evaluation. I would call your doc today to try and get an apt. Try staying hydrated in the meantime
