Painfull dry deep crack on top of thumb near nail what creams will help tried all sorts .?

Cracks in skin: These can be painful, I understand. Especially common in the drier, colder winter months. I recommend Eucerin Aquaphor ointment and you can put occlusion on it at night with a bandaid to help it heal, or at least not hurt as much.
