What are the main causes of a constant dull stomach ache?

GERD: Reflux / GERD/ stomach ulcer/ H pylori infection or chronic pancreatitis. Easiest thing is to start taking Omepeazole OTC empty stomach for 2 weeks if it helps its reflux if it doesn't you may need blood work up and /or EGD. Talk to you PCP.
