Work stress: is at the top of the list for stressors for many people. the good news is that you are basically happy. You can either look for a different job or discuss the situation w/your boss. I know that is not easy but it can be empowering and thereby help you relieve some stress even if he/she doesn't change. Consider stress management like yoga, exercise, avoiding junk food, etc.
