Left reticle discom: Usually one sided testicular pain is related with rupture or hernia but you may notice swelling as well. Other reasons are increased circulation (varicocele), pressure tithe jocks, sexual arouseness,, if a lump is felt then growth such as cyst or tumor or water (hydroelectric) may be cause. Infection or torsion or twist of cord may happen. If does not improve then see your MD
