Not to worry, but: Taking a BP is like taking a picture of a movie. How much can you tell about the movie from one photo? You can tell only what is going on at that instant. Same with BP reading. It is a snap shot in time of your BP. Recommend getting home BP cuff and taking several readings a day for several weeks. Will give you MUCH better idea of what is going on with your BP. THen take them with to doc.
