Had a health check through work today. normally my blood pressure is perfect. today it was 120/93. is that normal?

Diagnosing high BP: One high blood pressure measurement does not mean you have hypertension. Relax, and check it again when you are feeling comfortable and have been sitting quietly for at least 5 minutes. If the blood pressure is consistently elevated in a young person, testing for causes of "secondary hypertension" is indicated.
