Depends: Most anesthesia recovery has occured by 24 hours post surgery. Driving would depend on what type of surgery. Call your surgeons office

Depends: Affect of anaesthetics weans off in 24 hours but whether you can drive or not will depends on what surgery you had . Its best to discuss with your surgeon.
