Inserted tampon thinking it was beginning of period but it may have been implantation bleeding. what could happen if it was implantation ?!

Obvious answer PG: Obvious answer would be a pregnancy developing if the implantation was successful. Implantation "bleeding" is very uncommonly noticed by the individual, as it is usually very minimal.

No worries: Tampons are totally safe in pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test two weeks from now. Good luck.
