I seems to sneeze every morning, am i allergic to the ac or something?

AC allergy: No body is allergic to AC, but good idea is to check is the ducts are really clean in order to rule out the AC as a source of allergens

Could b allergies.: This would suggest that you are allergic at least to something in or around the home. Pets? Dust mites? Mold in a central AC or heating system? If you tend to sneeze only when at home and not outside the home, it does argue towards an allergy to something in the home.
