Ovulation cramp: You can take some ibuprofen for the pain. I suspect you are on medication to help you ovulate for follicle collection? No vaginal bleeding? You can try tylenol as well, that's safe. If it gets severe let us know, want to make sure you aren't getting ovarian torsion. Multiple is quite possible.
