Pancreatic duct dila: This can happen in chronic panceatitis, or if there is a pancreatic neoplasm ( tumor) . Sometimes there are benign tumors in the duct that can eventually become malignant so it is important to check them out. Technically gallstones that are stuck at the spincter of Vater causing pancreatitis can result in pancreatic duct dilatation as can inflammation post ERCP.
