Re pancreas probably: Other issues at play here. Gallbladder issues, bowel malabsorption issues, along with several other possible causes. Please keep working with your digestive (GI) specialist to determine the cause and appropriate treatment for your symptoms. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr R
