I placed an an elastic headband over my eyes for bell's palsy to sleep. woke up with very blurry eyes. bell's palsy side still very blurry. normal?

No: No the eye being blurry is not normal and if your blurriness does not improve you need to see an opthalmologist asap to ensure you did not cause a corneal or other eye structures injury by the elastic headband. Bell's palsy does not cause vision issues.
