Is it totally impossible to become pregnant with both tubes blocked my obgyn says im still ovulating?

How much blocked?: If the tubes are totally blocked so that not even air can get through, then you could not get pregnant. If the blockage is not absolute you are at risk of ectopic pregnancy.
