GYN endocrinology: Androgenic changes. If menstrual periods are normal, hormones are probably normal. Genetic factors may be in play. OC progesterone might be a factor. If hormones are normal, no endocrine tumor, then the usual therapy is antiandrogen pill. Spironolactone at 100mg a day is a standard treatment.
