Are you: sure you didn't injure the nail bed???? Trauma is the main cause for what you describe . On occasion, (rarely) nail fungus affects only one fingernail so try an OTC (Pharmacy) anti-fungal liquid. If no improvement..a consultation with a DERMATOLOGIST is the best source of expertise!
