Recurrent sinusitis: can be problematic at times, you want to complete your prescribed course of suprax, can't tell you when will it clear, you may need more time on antibiotics, as in chronic sinusitis, some patients would need 4 weeks or more, but you need to be evaluated first by an ENT / Allergist/Immunologist for a more definitive answer. Check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
