Doc is right...: All what you have experienced as described after ureteral stent is commonly expected but could be eased with using medications like pyridium, alpha-blocker, and anticholinergics, but not routinely prescribed. So, if unbearable, see & ask doc for help. In fact, the duration for more ureteral stenting should be over soon; for individual situation, ask your doctor for detail and advice.
