Minimal concern: Lexapro and its class of medications called SSRI's continue to be monitored for effects on the baby in pregnancy but the level of concern remains low. In this case that it was only taken very early further reduces any risk. There are many women who are unable to safely stop SSRI's and they are really the focus of the ongoing monitoring.
